<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 24pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12pt">在本次研讨活动征集提纲伊始，“工作站”全体成员群策群力，经过<span lang="EN-US">5</span>次网络研讨，站内成员初步确定研讨提纲后，又通过地方群征集一线教师和多位专家的意见，最终将提纲初稿提交给《中国学校体育》（以下均简称《学体》）参选。在商讨提纲的初稿过程中，“工作站”全体成员逐渐对提纲有了较为深刻地认识与思考。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 24pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12pt">在得知提纲初审通过后的消息时，已是临近寒假，“工作站”全体成员克服路途、工作、家庭等重重困难，于<span lang="EN-US">2015</span>年<span lang="EN-US">1</span>月<span lang="EN-US">5</span>日召开了《学体》第<span lang="EN-US">73</span>期研讨专项准备现场会，针对“工作站”全体成员进行了培训和具体分工安排。之后“工作站”全体成员积极分头行动，一方面通过<span lang="EN-US">QQ</span>群、邮件、微信和走访专家等形式，对话题及提纲进行完善；另一方面积极与各级教育行政部门沟通，寻求支持。为了确保本次研讨活动顺利进行，西安市阎良区教研室宋望宁主任凡事亲力亲为，具体环节落实到点，力求保证细节不出问题。让我们动力十足的是：我们获得了陕西省教科所同军咸主任的极度信任、西安市教科所褚启明副所长、西工大附属中学屈中乾专家的精心指导；让我们有底气的是：西安市阎良区教研室和莲湖区教研室等各级教育行政部门的一致认可，并得到了西安市阎良区西飞一中学校领导和师生的全力支持与配合。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 24pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12pt">让我们信心百倍的是：《学体》赐予的信任与厚望，全国一线教师们在百忙之中的鼓励打气；让我们拼力的是，全国体育教师们的参与热情；让我们感动的是：山东吕兵文、江苏孙建顺、安徽申克才等学体部落老师们的“远程”指导、大年初一“工作站”成员们的第一句问候不是新年好！而是：你的任务完成得怎么样了……太多的感恩，太多的厚望，太多的动力，更多的压力，让全体成员热血沸腾，让大家对这次主持活动有了更加深刻的认识。过年期间，“工作站”关于论坛的事宜“网络会议”从未间断！ <wbr></wbr><span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 24pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12pt">为了此次教研活动能正真起到宣传与引领作用，主持团队先后在西安市阎良区和莲湖区等教育官方网站上发文通知，并就注册、报到和参与讨论等先关事宜进行了专项说明。在《学体》<span lang="EN-US">QQ</span>群、陕西省体育教师<span lang="EN-US">QQ</span>群和成员所在地区等展开了逐人负责的宣传工作。“上”有地方行政文件通知的力措；“中”有《学体》各群管员们和一线教师们的自发参与，在各自所在地区进行协助宣传；“下”有成员的微信圈、工作圈、生活圈和朋友圈等“广远”而“狭距”的宣传。正是由于大家的共同努力带动了更多教师情不自禁地加入“学体”论坛的热潮中来。才会使得参与论坛报道人数达<span lang="EN-US">494</span>人，研讨当晚在线人数最时多达<span lang="EN-US">336</span>人，参与研讨<span lang="EN-US">239</span>人，显现了令人较为满意的参与人数，特别是突破了陕西历期参与人数从未超过<span lang="EN-US">15</span>人的尴尬情况。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 24pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0"><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12pt">由于本次《学体》<span lang="EN-US">BBS</span>草根论坛活动，不但团队组织主持在陕西省是首次，而且组成团队的全体成员也都是第一次做主持，不仅如此，绝大多数成员和陕西其他教师参与一样，也都是第一次……这诸多的“第一次”，给我们的组织主持活动无形中增添了难以想象的“不容易”，我们面对的不仅仅是一次全国性的“网络教研”活动的组织和主持，而是一次理念与常规的突破性地改变与挑战。全体成员们经过了“万般思虑”的商讨，在站长屈彦雄的指导下，决定采取现场观摩课、嘉宾评课、讲座培训、网络遥控宣传和行政举措施压的模式。让教师们在心理和意识上对本次网络教研获得重视与亲近。 <wbr></wbr><span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></p>
